Spelt Groats

Spelt groats are produced from hulled wheat. It was used by gladiators in the ancient times to provide them with strength before fight. It contains unsaturated fatty acids, silicic acid, and protein. 

Spelt groats will work great as an ingredient in salads, risotto, meat dishes, pates, stuffings, desserts and cakes.
